Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 23, 2026 ·  Last Updated: April 23, 2026

⚠️ Please read carefully. These terms contain important information about your rights and obligations.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian) and KidsCode Gift ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of https://www.kidscodegift.com and all related services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for or on behalf of a minor, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that minor and accept full responsibility for their use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and, if applicable, delete your account.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a material update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. See Section 17 for details.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

2.1 Age Requirements

The Platform is designed for children ages 7–16. Account types and requirements are as follows:

  • Users under 13 (US): A parent or legal guardian must create the account, provide verifiable parental consent, and remain responsible for the child's use of the Platform. Consistent with COPPA (16 C.F.R. Part 312), children under 13 may not register independently.
  • Users 13–17: Minors may register with a valid email address subject to parental consent where required by applicable law (including GDPR Article 8 for EU/EEA/UK users aged 13–15). By creating an account, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and approved these Terms.
  • Users 18+: Parents, guardians, or gift purchasers may create accounts and purchase subscriptions on behalf of children.

2.2 Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians who provide consent for a child's account are fully responsible for:

  • Supervising the child's use of the Platform, including AI features;
  • Ensuring the child complies with these Terms;
  • All charges incurred under the account;
  • Any content the child creates or submits on the Platform.

We strongly encourage parents to use our Platform alongside their children and utilize the parent dashboard to monitor progress.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is available worldwide subject to applicable law. You represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password;
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@kidscodegift.com;
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
  • Not create more than one account per person without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
