When does AI App Creator unlock?
As soon as your payment is confirmed AND your child reaches Level 5 on the platform. Level 5 takes about 5–10 completed lessons.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Is the Gift Pass a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment for 1 year of full Creator access. No recurring charges ever.
What is the refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions: 7-day refund window. Annual: 14 days. Gift Pass: 14 days if not yet redeemed. See our Terms of Service for details.
